Early Learning Teachers | Marysville & Arlington Early Bloomers Child Care is growing our team! •Our Arlington location is located conveniently in smokey point, 3 minutes from I-5• We are looking for dependable, caring, and engaged Early Learning Teachers to join our Marysville and Arlington locations. At Early Bloomers, we believe children only get one childhood, and the experiences and relationships they have during these early years matter. Our classrooms are warm, welcoming, and relationship based, with a focus on hands on experiences, social emotional development, and giving children opportunities to explore, learn, and grow. Current Openings Marysville We have a couple of different shifts available and are looking for teachers who can bring consistency, energy, and a positive attitude to our classrooms. Arlington We are currently hiring for a split shift position . This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with children and wants a schedule with time available in the middle of the day. We would love to meet you if you are someone who: Genuinely enjoys working with children Understands the importance of building strong relationships with children and families Is dependable and understands how important consistency is in early learning Is engaged and involved in the classroom Brings a positive, professional attitude to work Enjoys creating meaningful, hands on experiences for children Works well as part of a team Is willing to learn, grow, and contribute to a strong center culture Willing to meet all DCYF position requirements Experience in early childhood education is preferred, but we also value the right personality, reliability, and willingness to learn.
