Duties Design and implement innovative lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive classroom environment through effective behavior management and classroom management techniques that promote respect and cooperation. Support children's developmental milestones by applying knowledge of childhood development and early intervention strategies. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to develop individualized care for children. Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive space that encourages exploration and learning for toddlers and preschoolers. Engage in ongoing professional development related to childcare best practices, early intervention techniques, and curriculum updates. Qualifications Proven experience working with children, preferably within preschool or daycare environments. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and early intervention techniques or a strong desire to learn. Familiarity with classroom management tools and techniques to create a structured yet flexible learning environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and community partners. Pay:
