Engage in ongoing professional development related to childcare best practices, early intervention techniques, and curriculum updates. Qualifications Proven experience working with children, preferably within preschool or daycare environments. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and early intervention techniques or a strong desire to learn. Familiarity with classroom management tools and techniques to create a structured yet flexible learning environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and community partners.
