Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices. Experience with curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children including toddler care and Montessori techniques. Proven ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and special needs populations through early intervention strategies. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Classroom management expertise to foster a positive learning environment while ensuring safety and discipline. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood assessment. Ability to plan lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical activities, and tutoring as needed.
