Waddler Teacher | Early Bloomers Child Care | Stanwood Some of the most important work in early childhood happens between a child's first steps and their growing independence. Our waddler classroom is a place of discovery, big emotions, new words, growing confidence, and endless curiosity. We are looking for a teacher who understands that this stage of development requires patience, consistency, energy, and a genuine love for working with young children. At Early Bloomers, we believe children thrive when they feel safe, connected, and supported. We are looking for someone who wants to build meaningful relationships with children and families while creating engaging experiences that help children learn about the world around them. What you'll love about this role Building strong relationships with a small group of children during a critical stage of development Helping children gain confidence as they learn new skills each day Creating hands on experiences that encourage exploration and learning Working alongside a supportive team that values growth and collaboration Making a lasting impact on children and families What we're looking for A dependable and reliable team member Someone who brings positivity and professionalism to work each day A teacher who enjoys being active, engaged, and involved with children Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience in early childhood education preferred Ability to meet Washington State licensing requirements In this role, you will Create a safe, warm, and engaging classroom environment Support children's social emotional and developmental growth Plan and participate in age appropriate learning experiences Build strong partnerships with families Work collaboratively with your teaching team and leadership We're looking for someone who is excited to become a consistent and valued part of our Stanwood team.
