Our childcare program focuses on high-quality, half-day care for children ages 2.5-6, designed to feel calm, engaging, and developmentally aligned for both children and families. Position Overview This is a foundational role within SheWorks, intentionally timed with our late summer / early fall opening. While full-time responsibilities will begin once we open our doors, we're looking for someone who feels excited to be part of the thoughtful build process leading up to launch. We want someone who feels energized by helping shape the classroom experience alongside us, from contributing feedback on classroom flow and materials, to participating in enrollment conversations and family tours, to helping create a warm, grounded experience for the families who will grow with us from the very beginning.
