KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our University Place center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this on-site role, you'll design and lead developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional growth, and maintain strong communication with families. You'll collaborate with a caring, inclusive team, follow licensing and safety standards, and participate in ongoing training. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities. Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children to ensure health, safety, and emotional well-being. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and daily activities. Collaborate with center staff to support program goals and curriculum. Observe, document, and assess children's developmental milestones. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and required records. Follow Kinder Care and state licensing policies and procedures. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Support an inclusive, respectful, and diverse learning environment.
