In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young learners to explore, discover, and grow through innovative lesson planning and compassionate care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's early years while fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This position is for a 8:30-5:30 shift. Duties Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence among toddlers. Manage daily classroom routines, including meal times, nap schedules, diapering, and play activities, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met. Use effective behavior management strategies to guide positive interactions and support emotional regulation. Collaborate with families to share progress updates, discuss developmental milestones, and address individual needs or concerns. Incorporate special education techniques and early intervention strategies when supporting children with diverse learning needs. Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development. Requirements Expierence working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting. Knowledge of age appropriate activities for toddlers Must have High school diploma or GED Certification in early childhood education or a related field is preferred; or willing to obtain. Must have valid drivers license and your own reliable transportation. Must have or be willing to obtain Blood Bourne pathogen's certificate Must have or be willing to obtain Firat Aid and CPR Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handlers card Proof of MMR TB Test Must have or be willing to obtain STARS continuing education Must be able to pass portable Background check.
