Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our childcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and interactive learning environment. This position requires a strong commitment to children in an early childhood setting. Must have an understanding of various teaching methods and willing to learn everyday Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans Incorporating hands-on learning experiences. Manage classroom behavior effectively to promote a respectful and productive learning environment. Provide individualized support Foster a nurturing atmosphere that encourages student participation Collaborate with parents, staff, and other team members to support student development. Maintain accurate records Communicate progress regularly. Qualifications. Experience working with students in an educational setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices Skills in classroom management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children and parents. A genuine passion for teaching and commitment to fostering a positive learning experience for all students.
