In this role, you will serve as a versatile classroom support, stepping into various teaching environments to ensure seamless daily operations and enriching learning experiences for young children. Your enthusiasm and flexibility will help foster a nurturing, engaging, and educational atmosphere across multiple classrooms, supporting both children's development and the overall goals of our educational program. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing curriculum development plans that promote literacy education, math skills, and social-emotional growth. Support classroom management strategies to maintain a safe, respectful, and stimulating environment for children of different ages, including toddlers and preschoolers. Provide hands-on care for children, including toddler care routines, diapering, feeding, and supervising activities that support childhood development. Engage actively with students during classroom activities, tutoring sessions, physical education, and play-based learning to foster their curiosity and learning progress. Manage behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior and address challenges effectively while promoting child welfare. Assist in preparing classroom materials, conducting assessments such as standardized testing when appropriate, and supporting individualized instruction for children with special education needs. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools is highly preferred. Knowledge of childhood development stages, early childhood education practices, and classroom management techniques. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and children's families. Experience working with students who have special needs or require early intervention services is a plus. Ability to adapt quickly across different classrooms while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm. Certification or coursework in early childhood education or related fields is desirable but not mandatory; ongoing professional development is encouraged.
