We are actively seeking a qualified float teacher to join our esteemed organization. This individual will be responsible for meticulously planning and delivering age-appropriate activities for children across various age groups.

Responsibilities:

Instruct infants through preschool-aged children in activities meticulously designed to foster intellectual and creative growth. Cultivate a secure and enjoyable learning environment. Develop structured schedules and routines to ensure appropriate physical activity, rest, and playtime. Establish and nurture positive relationships with both children and parents. Maintain open communication with parents regarding childs growth and progress. Uphold the health and safety standards of all children.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in childcare, teaching, or related fields is advantageous. A genuine passion for working with children. Proficient in building strong rapport with children. Possess a positive and patient demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Hours:

• Provide support for children with special needs or individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Ability to create a structured and engaging learning environment
• Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff members
• Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond in emergency situations
