Job Description
We are actively seeking a qualified float teacher to join our esteemed organization. This individual will be responsible for meticulously planning and delivering age-appropriate activities for children across various age groups.
Responsibilities:
Instruct infants through preschool-aged children in activities meticulously designed to foster intellectual and creative growth. Cultivate a secure and enjoyable learning environment. Develop structured schedules and routines to ensure appropriate physical activity, rest, and playtime. Establish and nurture positive relationships with both children and parents. Maintain open communication with parents regarding childs growth and progress. Uphold the health and safety standards of all children.Qualifications:
Prior experience in childcare, teaching, or related fields is advantageous. A genuine passion for working with children. Proficient in building strong rapport with children. Possess a positive and patient demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Hours:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
- Ensure the health and safety of all children by following proper procedures and protocols
- Assist with behavior management and classroom management techniques
- Provide support for children with special needs or individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Administer first aid when
- Experience in daycare, toddler care, infant care, preschool, or babysitting
- Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Ability to create a structured and engaging learning environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff members
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond in emergency situations
- Understanding of special education principles and We are looking for a dedicated childcare provider who is passionate about working with children.
Pay:
$14.00- $16.
