Job Description
Do you love celebrating first words, first steps, and big milestones? At From the Roots Early Learning Center, we're looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable teacher to join our toddler team. Our one-year-old classroom is filled with curiosity, laughter, discovery, and lots of opportunities to make a lasting impact during one of the most important stages of development. As a Toddler Teacher, you'll create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel loved, supported, and encouraged to explore the world around them. Every day brings new opportunities to foster independence, language development, social-emotional growth, and a lifelong love of learning. What You'll Do Create engaging experiences that support the developmental needs of one-year-olds. Build meaningful relationships with children and their families. Encourage exploration through sensory play, music, movement, art, and hands-on learning. Support children as they develop communication, self-help, and social skills. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment. Observe and document developmental milestones and share progress with families. Partner with fellow educators to create a positive and collaborative team culture. Ensure all health, safety, and licensing standards are met.
