Position Overview We are seeking Experienced Childcare Teachers who are enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about working with children. The ideal candidates will create a positive learning environment while maintaining a safe and clean space. You will play a vital role in nurturing young minds and helping children develop essential social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
Key Responsibilities Develop and Implement Curriculum:
Create age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that encourage creativity and learning. Foster a hands-on learning environment that promotes exploration and critical thinking.
Classroom Management:
Supervise and engage with children to ensure a safe and positive learning atmosphere. Encourage positive behavior and guide children in developing social skills.
Communication and Collaboration:
Build positive relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress and daily activities. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain a supportive team environment.
Safety and Cleanliness:
Follow all safety guidelines and ensure a clean, healthy environment. Monitor children's well-being and respond appropriately to any concerns.
Qualifications and Experience Required Lead Teacher:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development credentials CDA (Child Development Associate) certification preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare center or preschool setting. Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
