2 Year Old Development Teacher

Who we are looking for: Living Christ Preschool is seeking a confident, dependable, and experienced Lead 2-Year-Old Teacher to take the lead in a classroom that is in need of strong structure, consistency, and leadership. This role is ideal for someone who truly understands the unique development and behaviors of 2-year-olds and is comfortable creating routines, setting clear expectations, and helping children thrive through consistency and positive guidance. We are looking for a teacher who is not afraid to step in as the leader of the classroom and help create a calm, engaging, and well-managed environment for both children and staff. Qualifications Experience working with 2-year-olds in a licensed childcare setting preferred Previous lead teacher experience strongly preferred Wisconsin Registry credentials (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and teamwork skills What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who: Has strong classroom management skills Is calm, patient, and confident under pressure Can redirect behaviors positively and consistently Understands the developmental needs of 2-year-olds Is dependable and reliable Can lead by example and support classroom culture What are the next steps?
