Job Description

Description The VP of Marketing provides strategic leadership for enterprise marketing, brand development, lead generation, and customer engagement across the Illuminus organization. This executive leader is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, support occupancy growth, enhance customer experience, and position Illuminus as a leader in senior living, home health and hospice, affordable housing, and healthcare services. Working collaboratively with operations, sales, executive leadership, and community teams, the Vice President of Marketing leads organizational marketing initiatives across digital, traditional, and community-based channels while fostering a high-performing and mission-centered marketing culture. This role serves as a key strategic partner in advancing the organization's mission, growth objectives, and long-term vision. This role offers the opportunity to: Influence enterprise strategy and organizational growth Lead brand evolution across a respected senior living organization Collaborate with a mission-centered executive leadership team Drive meaningful impact for residents, families, and team members Help modernize and strengthen marketing capabilities across multiple communities Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of seven to ten years of progressive marketing leadership experience required. Experience within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or multi-site service organizations strongly preferred. Strong strategic thinking and executive leadership capabilities. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and organizational initiatives. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and marketing technologies. Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization. Commitment to the mission, values, and culture of Illuminus.

Ability to travel between organizational locations and attend external meetings and events as needed. Ability to work extended hours or flexible schedules when organizational needs require. Ability to perform work in a standard office environment with frequent computer use.
