Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Child Care Lead Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional with a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to creating a safe and stimulating environment for children.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for implementation of age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote the intellectual, emotional, and social development of the children in our care. Effective communication with parents is crucial, as you will establish and maintain channels to keep them informed about their child's progress, activities, and any relevant updates. Qualifications Must meet state requirements for a lead teacher position. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate to deliver high-quality child care services. The School District of Mauston offers participation in the Wisconsin Retirement System and paid time off.
