A Preschool or Childcare Teacher works with young children, usually ages 3 - 5, to help them learn the social, motor and language skills needed to be ready for kindergarten and elementary school. Organizes activities and uses play or games to help children learn; develops schedules and routines for children that include exercise and rest. Works in a school or in a childcare center or program.

Full-Time:
Monday - Friday Qualifications A good candidate will have: A genuine love and respect for children and families. A flexible mindset and a desire to be part of a collaborative learning community. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to obtain/maintain First Aid and CPR certifications (free onsite training provided). An ideal candidate will also have: 1-2 years of experience in an ECE center, or similar experience (nanny, camp counselor, babysitting). Level 7+ on the Wisconsin Registry for Early Childhood.
