414-282-8802 We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can explore, learn, and grow. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that promote literacy, math, physical education, and overall childhood development aligned with educational standards. Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence. Manage daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, behavior management, and classroom organization to ensure smooth operations. Support children's social-emotional growth through positive reinforcement, conflict resolution, and effective behavior management strategies. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate progress, address concerns, and support each child's individual needs. Direct the assistant with what needs to be done. Conduct assessments using monitor developmental milestones and tailor instruction accordingly. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is required; classroom management skills are essential. Knowledge of early childhood education or toddler care. Familiarity with childhood development stages, behavior management techniques. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, co workers, and community partners. Ability to plan lessons that incorporate math, physical education, and other preschool subjects. Experience with classroom experience including lesson planning. Certification in early childhood education or related fields is required.
