KinderCare is seeking a Specialized Pre K Lead Teacher for our Park Place center. In this on-site role, you will design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum for Pre-K children, with attention to diverse and specialized learning needs. You will lead the classroom team, ensure a safe, inclusive environment, and closely monitor each child's social, emotional, and academic growth. The Lead Teacher partners with families, maintains licensing and safety standards, and supports KinderCare's collaborative, growth-focused culture. Design and implement developmentally appropriate, standards-aligned lesson plans. Observe, document, and assess children's developmental progress and learning outcomes. Differentiate instruction to support diverse learners and specialized learning needs. Build strong, ongoing communication and partnerships with families. Model best practices and mentor assistant teachers and support staff. Maintain compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations. Collaborate with center leadership to refine curriculum and center-wide initiatives. Support an inclusive classroom culture that reflects Kinder Care's values. Participate in professional development and continuous improvement efforts.
