Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Childcare Lead Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners. You will create engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans and foster a positive Christian classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate Christian values and Early Childhood Education standards to support childhood development. Lead classroom activities that promote active learning, creativity, and social skills among children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers. Manage daily classroom operations, including behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques to maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address concerns, and support individualized learning plans for children with special education needs or requiring early intervention services. Skills Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with children, parents, and staff. Strong organizational skills for managing classroom routines, documentation, and compliance requirements.
