  • Oak Creek is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Early Childhood Teacher for our 2-year-old classroom.
Two-year-olds are developing language, independence, friendships, and confidence at an incredible pace. We're looking for a teacher who can turn their natural curiosity and energy into meaningful learning experiences while providing the consistency and nurturing environment young children need. What You'll Do Lead a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom for 2-year-olds Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum Plan hands-on experiences that encourage language, movement, creativity, and early learning Support independence, self-help skills, and social-emotional development Establish consistent routines and positive classroom guidance Support meals, toileting/diapering, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions Observe children's development and celebrate individual milestones Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families Guide and collaborate with classroom support teachers Maintain Wisconsin licensing, health, and safety standards Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous professional childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood experience strongly preferred Experience with toddlers or 2-year-olds is a plus CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or related credential preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Must meet applicable Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements What We Offer $17
