Company Overview Heart, Hands and Mind Childcare is a vibrant group childcare center dedicated to nurturing children from 6 weeks to school age. We provide a variety of programs including full-time and part-time childcare, Four Year Old Kindergarten, Before and After school care, and summer programs, fostering a supportive environment for young learners to grow and thrive. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated School Age Teacher to inspire and guide children during their after-school hours. In this role, you will create engaging activities, ensure a safe environment, and support the social and emotional development of children. Your enthusiasm and leadership will help foster a positive atmosphere where children feel valued and motivated to learn. Duties Supervise children during indoor activities, outdoor play, meals, and transitions to ensure safety at all times Develop and implement engaging plans and activities Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage respectful interactions among children Follow first aid protocols promptly in case of injuries or emergencies Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress, behavior, and any concerns Join us to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working in a dynamic environment that values enthusiasm, safety, and educational excellence!
Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
