Job Description

Lead Teacher Opportunity Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? We are looking for dedicated, dependable, and motivated individuals who are interested in becoming a Lead Teacher or growing into a leadership role within our center. As a Lead Teacher, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Lead Teachers play a vital role in supporting children's social-emotional, cognitive, physical, and language development while building positive relationships with families and coworkers.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment. Implement daily lesson plans and curriculum activities that support child development. Supervise and engage children throughout the day, ensuring their safety and well-being. Observe and document children's growth and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families regarding their child's progress and daily experiences. Maintain accurate classroom records and licensing requirements. Foster positive behavior and help children develop social and emotional skills. Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and center leadership to provide high-quality care and education.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. A passion for working with young children and supporting their development. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable, professional, and eager to learn. Willingness to enroll in required early childhood education courses within the first month of employment.
