We are passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, engaging environment where children feel loved, supported, and excited to learn. As an Assistant Teacher, you will work alongside our teaching team to support daily classroom activities, routines, learning experiences, and the overall care of our children. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and wants to be part of a positive, family-centered school community.
Responsibilities include:
Assist the Lead Teacher with classroom activities and daily routines Provide attentive, nurturing care to children Support age-appropriate learning and play experiences Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom Assist with meals, transitions, rest time, and other daily needs Communicate positively and professionally with children, families, and team members Follow LaPre Academy policies and childcare licensing requirements Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development as requiredWhat We're Looking For:
