RATE OF PAY
Depends on education and experience; minimum of $15/hour
QUALIFICATIONS
Required qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be willing to take a one non-credit, department-approved course in early childhood education within six months of hire, or have two credits in early childhood education from an accredited college. Must pass DCF fingerprint-based background check, get certified in CPR and First Aid, complete Abusive Head Trauma Prevention Training and Mandated Reporter Training.
