Job Description
We are looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Daycare Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, creates a safe and nurturing environment, and is committed to supporting children's learning and development through daily activities and routines. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Assist with daily classroom activities, playtime, meals, and naps. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom. Encourage positive behavior and social development. Communicate professionally with teachers, parents, and fellow staff. Follow all daycare policies and health and safety procedures. Assist with age-appropriate learning activities and outdoor play. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Prior childcare, daycare, nanny, or babysitting experience is required. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred but not required. Ability to work well as part of a team.
