Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning tailored to diverse developmental needs Plan engaging lesson activities that incorporate Montessori methods, early intervention strategies, and classroom management techniques Provide attentive toddler care and preschool instruction, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management strategies Collaborate with families, specialists in special education, and other educators to support individualized learning plans and child welfare initiatives Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor progress and adapt teaching approaches accordingly Lead activities that enhance childhood development, including literacy education, motor skills development, and social interaction exercises Experience Prior experience in childhood education or daycare settings, including preschool or private childcare services is a plus, but not mandatory. Able to development lesson plans, and classroom management for young children. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
