Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through engaging activities and educational experiences. This role requires a strong commitment to child welfare and the ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents. Responsibilities Foster a safe, engaging, and positive classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration. Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and daily routine activities for preschool, toddler, and infant care programs. Support early learning development in children ages birth to five years old. Provide individualized attention to children Collaborate with the teaching team to create a play-based inspired learning experience. Assist with all classroom activities Maintain positive relationships among children Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management techniques. Assist in building children's developmental skills Help maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education principles. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, challenges, and achievements. Experience Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
