Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated support Care Provider to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development. The ideal candidate will possess a nurturing attitude and the ability to engage effectively with children and coworkers. Pay rate is dependent upon level of education and experience with very young children. Duties Provide attentive and personalized care to very young children. Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions and learning experiences. Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and educational tasks. Engage in educational play and activities that foster development and learning. Maintain a safe and clean environment for all individuals under care. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, or educators regarding the individual's progress and needs. Support individual needs as required, adapting methods to meet diverse learning styles. Document daily activities and any significant observations regarding the individual's behavior or development. Experience Previous experience in caregiving, nannying or child care settings is preferred. Familiarity with infants and toddlers preferred. Experience working with infants and toddlers in a group setting is beneficial. Educational background in early childhood education is desirable but not mandatory.
