Adjunct Faculty About the Position Jose Maria Vargas University is seeking a doctoral-level faculty member who is fluent in Spanish to teach graduate-level courses in our Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis program. Courses are delivered 100% online and live (synchronous) , allowing faculty to interact directly with students in a dynamic virtual classroom environment. Required Qualifications Doctoral degree (Ph.D., Ed.

D., Psy.

D., or equivalent) in: Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education Special Education Or a closely related field Fluency in Spanish (required). Demonstrated professional experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. Ability to teach and communicate effectively with graduate students in Spanish. Strong understanding of behavior analytic principles, ethics, assessment, intervention, and research methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Current BCBA certification. Experience teaching at the graduate level. Experience supervising ABA fieldwork and mentoring graduate students. Experience with online and synchronous instruction. Active involvement in research, clinical practice, or professional organizations related to ABA. Responsibilities Teach graduate-level ABA courses in Spanish through live online classes. Facilitate student engagement and academic discussions. Provide timely feedback and evaluate student performance. Maintain academic records and adhere to university policies. Support students in their academic and professional development. Schedule Remote position. Morning and evening teaching opportunities available. Flexible scheduling based on course assignments.
Pay:
$41.16 - $49.57 per hour
