May assist or lead in the creation of the curriculum to be taught. In addition to instruction, they may assist or lead in research initiatives relating to their field. In some cases, psychology professors will perform therapeutic services.

Job Description

This is a part-time, Adjunct Faculty position. The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor seeks qualified Christian adjunct faculty in our Department of Psychology for Summer II and Fall 2026. Please indicate your availability to cover daytime, evening, in-person, labs, and online courses in your cover letter.
REQUIREMENTS
: Must be an active, committed Christian who will support the University's mission and who will be an active participant in their local church. A master's degree with at least 18 hours in Psychology or related field is required. Ability to teach Introduction to Neuroscience is preferred. Teaching experience is preferred. Must reside in Texas. Must agree to the University's Employee Statement of Understanding.
