Chatham Graduate Psychology is seeking Adjunct Instructors to teach masters and doctoral-level courses in our Counseling Psychology Programs. Duties and Responsibilities
PRIMARY DUTIES A
Psychology Adjunct instructor delivers instruction consistent with the content and learning objectives of the course syllabus; maintains grade and attendance records; recognizes and responds appropriately to student diversity; utilizes clear learning goals and well-planned activities. Primary teaching duties will be within the PSY (PSY) discipline. Adjunct instructors are hired to teach classes on an as-needed, usually semester-by-semester basis. All such teaching assignments are dependent on schedule and enrollment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
The successful Psychology adjunct instructor must have a Master's degree, PhD (preferred), or PsyD (preferred) in Counseling Psychology or a related field.
Preferred Experience:
Two (2) years of experience teaching Psychology in a community college, college, or university setting.
