Able2Shine Job Description for Speech & Debate Teacher Are you passionate about empowering youth with the skills that boost their confidence? Do you have a diverse skill set and are eager to find an opportunity to make a lasting impact? Then we invite you to apply to teach with Able2Shine! Able2Shine is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization dedicated to providing high-quality soft skills education. Our foundational programs focus on public speaking, debate, hosting events, drama, reading and writing. Through these courses, we help students build self-confidence, social competence, and crucial skills in communication, leadership, and teamwork. Our speech and debate tournament team has consistently earned top honors at both national and state levels from 2021 through 2024. With over 140 championships won, we proudly maintain an award-winning success rate of nearly 55%. Able2Shine has ranked among the Top 3 in the national elementary, middle, and high school speech and debate tournaments in 2021, 2022, and 2023. () As we continue to expand our programs both nationally and internationally, we are currently seeking experienced speech and debate instructors for in-person classes and camps in the Bay Area, California (San Jose, Cupertino, Fremont, Pleasanton, and San Mateo). There is also potential for relocation to major cities in China as our global expansion progresses.
