Lead read-alouds, book discussions, creative writing projects, and literacy-based games. Foster a positive reading culture that encourages curiosity and lifelong learning. Support homework completion and strengthen reading comprehension and writing skills. Differentiate activities to meet the needs of diverse learners. Encourage confidence, communication, and critical thinking through interactive learning experiences. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment. Brings patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to work every day. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma. Experience working with children is mandatory. Experience in education, tutoring, literacy instruction, libraries, or youth programming is a plus. Ability to pass a Level II Background Screening. Reliable transportation.
