VACANCY Maquoketa Community School District District Wide ELL Instructor 2025-26

School Year Qualifications:

Meet Department of Education Certification ELL endorsement or willingness to obtain Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teaching teams

Duties:

Provide ELL services to students at all grade levels (K-12). Offer small group instruction to ELL students. Collaborate with classroom teachers to incorporate ELL strategies into the general classroom. Administer the ELPA 21 assessment to students. Participate in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and district-wide professional development activities. Coordinate with principals to schedule ELL services in each school building. Demonstrate a willingness to work with students across multiple age groups. Engage with parents and community members to support ELL learners. Demonstrate a solution-focused approach and be a team player. Participate in the annual review and implementation of the district's LAU Plan. Other job duties under the direction of the Director of Instruction and Student Services. Preference will be given to the candidate who: Possesses the best qualifications Presents the strongest interview

Rate of Compensation:
