Our Catholic school is seeking a dedicated, mission-driven Interventionist to provide targeted academic support to students in grades K-5. The Interventionist delivers small-group and individualized instruction in reading, math, and writing as part of the school's Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) . This position focuses on strengthening student learning through evidence-based Tier II and Tier III interventions, collaboration with classroom teachers, and consistent progress monitoring. The ideal candidate is student-centered, organized, and committed to helping all children grow spiritually, academically, and socially within a caring Catholic environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide small-group and individualized instruction to support students who need additional help in reading, math, and/or writing. Deliver evidence-based Tier II and Tier III interventions aligned to the school's MTSS framework. Use assessment data and progress monitoring tools to guide instructional decisions. Collaborate with classroom teachers to support differentiated instruction and strengthen Tier I classroom practices. Participate in MTSS, data meetings, and student support discussions. Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and intervention plans. Support the Catholic mission of the school through positive relationships, respect, and faith-filled interactions with students and staff.
