LITERACY COACH
One position available for the 2023 - 2024 school year at
Hailmann Elementary School Qualifications:
Indiana Teaching License (MEETING
HIGHLY QUALIFIED STANDARDS
) Rules 46-47: K/Primary K-3 Rules 2002:
Elementary-Primary Generalist REPA:
Early Childhood Ed P-3 OR Elementary Generalist K-6 Essential Functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Instructs students in subject matter, utilizing various teaching methods, such as lecture and demonstration, and uses audiovisual aids and other materials to supplement presentations. Integrates and utilizes identified Essential Skills in lesson planning, presentation, and assessment. Maintains discipline in the classroom and provides adult supervision throughout the building. Participates in faculty and professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops. Before an individual can work with students or have his/her name submitted for approval to the Board of School Trustees, the candidate must complete the background check authorization (at a cost of $15.00-cash or check) and the background check must receive a "cleared" rating. Additionally, the individual must complete a federal I-9 form (providing appropriate identification documents); tax forms; a direct-deposit form (with an attached voided check); and, view training videos at the Educational Services Center (approximately one hour in length).
