To Be Determined Job Description We are seeking a skilled and student-centered Elementary Reading Interventionist to provide targeted, specialized literacy instruction for students requiring additional support, including those with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). The ideal candidate has expertise in evidence-based reading practices, experience supporting diverse learners, and a strong commitment to helping all students achieve grade-level proficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver explicit and systematic intervention aligned with student IEP goals and literacy needs
• Provide small group and one-on-one instruction focused on phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and related service providers to ensure alignment of instruction and supports
• Monitor student progress regularly using formal and informal assessments; adjust instruction based on data
• Support the development and implementation of IEP goals, accommodations, and modifications
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and intervention effectiveness
• Participate in team meetings, including IEP meetings and data review sessions
• Communicate clearly and consistently with families regarding student growth and strategies for support at home
