Job Description
About Us Collier Literacy is a private practice serving families throughout Seacoast NH and North Shore MA, specializing in supporting children with dyslexia and other learning differences. We're looking for an experienced and engaging teacher to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities Certified Orton-Gillingham Teacher Plan and conduct individualized Orton-Gillingham lessons for individual and/or small groups Set learning objectives and provide ongoing informal assessment and written progress notes Communicate and collaborate with families and teachers Location Private practice located in Hampton, NH and/or on-site throughout Seacoast NH and North Shore MA. Additional compensation for on-site sessions. In person lessons, school day morning and afternoon hours and/or evening hours Clients Served Elementary, middle, and/or high school-aged students with a variety of learning needs, including difficulties with reading, spelling, phonological awareness, writing, and comprehension Qualifications and Skills Current Orton-Gillingham certification Experience working in special education and/or with students with learning differences Knowledge of effective teaching strategies for students with dyslexia, dysgraphia, ADHD, and executive function needs Master's degree in education or a related field
Pay:
$42.00 - $62.00 per hourBenefits:
