DUAL LANGUAGE READING READINESS

This class is designed for students who are not yet proficient with grade-level reading expectations. This class will emphasize the practice of strategic reading behaviors and strategies through Guided Reading and Literature Discussion Groups. Most students with reading goals in their IEPs should be enrolled in reading readiness at their grade level.

DUAL LANGUAGE READING ADVENTURES

This course will provide the opportunity for students to read, discuss, and write about books. Students will embrace the love of reading while targeted instruction occurs around individual needs and interests. Summer school runs June 15
