Full Job Description Job Title:
Health and Wellness Instructor (Part Time) We are seeking a passionate and dynamic part time Health and Wellness Instructor to join our team at Concorde Education! We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable individual who is committed to promoting health and wellness in a fun and engaging manner.
Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and teach courses related to health and wellness, including but not limited to exercise, nutrition, stress management, and disease prevention. Create lesson plans, activities, and assessments that align with the course objectives and keep students actively engaged in the learning process. Monitor student progress and provide individualized support and guidance as needed. Stay up-to-date with current research and trends in the health and wellness field to ensure the curriculum is relevant and reflects industry standards. Encourage and motivate students to develop healthy habits and make positive lifestyle changes.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge and understanding of different aspects of health and wellness, including exercise science, nutrition, and mental health. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds. Passionate about promoting and educating others on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Caring and empathetic nature with the ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
