Pelvic Health PT, OT, PTA

We are looking for an for an energetic team Physical Therapist to join a Cash-Based Pelvic health and Ortho physical therapy practice. We focus on providing quality care to our patients with one-hour long treatment sessions to get to know each patient on a personal level. We offer a strong residency and mentorship with the opportunity to learn from Therapists on staff and get one on one training and mentorship from Dr. Cassie Parker. Employees will also be able to qualify to receive a scholarship toward certification in pelvic health worth 20K, and continuing education reimbursements.

This position is for:

A passionate Pelvic Health PT that has a strong orthopedic background. A driven person who wants to be and become the best Ortho/Pelvic Therapist. A person who gets excited about learning and developing. Someone that likes to treat each patient for 1-hour assessing the entire body to find the root cause. Looking for someone that believes in internal exams as part of treatment plans to get the full picture of the patient. Someone that Interested in Pilates, Yoga, CrossFit, Orangetheory type of movement patterns. Someone who loves people and values lifelong relationships. Who this position is NOT for: Someone dabbling in pelvic health PT. Someone that just wants to come in and treat patients and leave right away. Someone that doesn't want to learn anything new.

Duties:

See 7 patients a day, 1 hour long sessions with each patient with a target of 35 patients seen per week Get patients through at least 13 visits to help them reach their goal Collaborate with other therapists to better progress the patient plan of care Effectively manage time to ensure patients are being seen at the appropriate time Create social media content to spread awareness of the clinic and help educate the community/public Have positive energy and willingness to try Be comfortable with treating all genders from the ages of 14-70 Ability to offer/sell packages Be able to combine Orthopedics and pelvic health to assess patients in the pelvic health realm properly. Be able to perform internal exams and external exams of the pelvic floor.

Qualifications:

All experience levels including new grads are encouraged to apply. The right person must be enthusiastic and love working with pelvic health patients and ortho cases.

Physical Therapist Pay:

$45.00 - $65.00 per hour
