This role involves teaching high school Physics courses ranging from regular to AP level while supporting students' academic growth and college readiness in a small, student-centered learning environment. Key Responsibilities Teach high school Physics courses at regular and AP levels Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans Design laboratory activities, demonstrations, and hands-on learning experiences Prepare students for AP Physics exams and support strong academic outcomes Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs, including those of international students Maintain accurate records of grades, assignments, attendance, and student progress Collaborate with academic leadership on Physics curriculum development and instructional improvement Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events Maintain a positive, structured, inclusive, and safe classroom and laboratory environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Physics, Engineering, Science Education, or a closely related field Minimum of three years of high school Physics teaching experience Experience teaching AP Physics strongly preferred Familiarity with College Board AP Physics curriculum and examination requirements Strong knowledge of Physics concepts, laboratory practices, and safety procedures Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively with students from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds Passion for teaching Physics and supporting student success Preferred Qualifications Experience teaching international students or ESL/ELL learners Experience with Physics curriculum development or AP program design Familiarity with learning management systems and student information systems, such as
