We seek motivated individuals with strong teaching abilities who can work in a fast-paced learning environment. This is an excellent part-time opportunity for the ideal candidates. We are looking for positive and motivated professionals who are willing to work hard and change the way students view learning.
QUALIFICATIONS
B.A or B.S. degree from an accredited college/university Experience working with students in middle and/or high school Great organizational skills Ability to lesson plan Understanding of classroom management Ability to build rapport with students; friendly and approachable Adaptable and flexible to change Professional attitude and work ethic
JOB DUTIES
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of content matter Use a multitude of instructional strategies that are rigorous and engaging to students Utilize and follow the curriculum to executive lesson plans to address learning needs Set ambitious and attainable goals for student progress Monitor and track student progress Work in collaboration with the Director of Curriculum Development and other instructors to continuously revise and develop curriculum Use classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning environment
