Job Description

We are currently assisting a rapidly growing international education institution, in finding a talented Full-time STEM Instructor to join their founding team in Silicon Valley. This role is a fantastic opportunity for STEM professionals to pivot their careers into the education sector, offering a long-term, stable, and growth-oriented professional path.
What You Will Do:
Deliver high-quality instruction in STEM-related subjects for middle and high school students, including
SAT/ISEE
prep, AMC math competitions, and AP courses such as Calculus, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, and CS. Manage classrooms, develop lesson plans, and provide personalized academic guidance and feedback to students. Collaborate with the curriculum team to optimize instructional content.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field (Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Biology, Medicine, etc.). Fluent in both Chinese and English is highly preferred, as you will be working within an international teaching environment. A passion for education and student development. Prior teaching experience is not required; the company provides a comprehensive training system and full curriculum support to help you excel. Ability and willingness to work onsite in the Silicon Valley, California area. Why Join?

Annual salary range of
USD 65,000 - 120,000
, based on your background and ability.
