  When submitting an application, must submit the CTC credential copy with detailed view of all authorizations.
• Must submit proof of being onboarded by MSJC.
• References and Letters of Recommendation should be from an evaluating administrator when possible.

Below is a list of expectations for MVUSD instructors hired to teach Dual Enrollment courses to MVUSD high school students: 1. Communicate/respond timely to student queries 2. Submit course syllabus to college when requested 3. Confirm MVUSD and MSJC rosters for accuracy 4. Communicate with site DE counselors/district coordinator: a. Early warnings when students are inactive for more than two weeks b. Students in danger of failing prior to the W/F deadline c. D/F students at the 6

• and 12-week marks d.

Any student issues, such as grade disputes, parent calls or emails, etc. 5. Follow 504 or IEP accommodations as applicable to any students (on-site instructors only) 6. Submit final semester grades to the college by the college's deadline, and submit a list of grades to site DE counselors and guidance techs (onsite instructors only) 7.
