View Job Description Requirements / Qualifications Single Subject Credential authorization in subject you are interested in teaching: English, Political Science, Sociology, Dance or History; with a master's degree in the same subject
  • REQUIRED
    When submitting an application, must submit the CTC credential copy with detailed view of all authorizations.
  • Must submit proof of being onboarded by MSJC.
  • References and Letters of Recommendation should be from an evaluating administrator when possible.
Copy of Transcript (Master Degree with conferred date) Credential Copy English Learner Authorization Letter of Introduction Letter(s) of Recommendation (2 letters from evaluating administrators) Resume Requirements / Qualifications Single Subject Credential authorization in subject you are interested in teaching: English, Political Science, Sociology, Dance or History; with a master's degree in the same subject

Resume Comments and Other Information Dual Enrollment Instructor Expectations:
Below is a list of expectations for MVUSD instructors hired to teach Dual Enrollment courses to MVUSD high school students: 1. Communicate/respond timely to student queries 2. Submit course syllabus to college when requested 3. Confirm MVUSD and MSJC rosters for accuracy 4. Communicate with site DE counselors/district coordinator: a. Early warnings when students are inactive for more than two weeks b. Students in danger of failing prior to the W/F deadline c. D/F students at the 6
  • and 12-week marks d.
Any student issues, such as grade disputes, parent calls or emails, etc. 5. Follow 504 or IEP accommodations as applicable to any students (on-site instructors only) 6. Submit final semester grades to the college by the college's deadline, and submit a list of grades to site DE counselors and guidance techs (onsite instructors only) 7. Reach out to the site's DE counselor or district coordinator for guidance. They are a. MVHS
