Job Description

Donna Klein Jewish Academy (DKJA) is a premier community Jewish day school dedicated to fostering academic excellence, character development, and a deep connection to Jewish values. Located in Boca Raton, Florida, DKJA provides an engaging, student-centered learning environment where educators inspire young minds to think critically, communicate effectively, and develop a lifelong love of learning. The Claire and Emanuel G. Rosenblatt High School at Donna Klein Jewish Academy seeks an energetic, engaging, and experienced Science instructor starting August 2026.
Specific responsibilities include:
Teach Environmental Science courses at the AP, Honors, and Regular levels Teach Physics, Chemistry, Biology at Honors and Regular Levels Involvement in additional roles, which may include serving as a club advisor or grade level advisor. The ideal candidate should have experience teaching at the High School level and be capable of teaching students of different levels, including AP, honors, and regular. In addition to being enthusiastic about working with adolescents and teenagers, the ideal candidate should have an understanding of differentiated instruction, be able to employ different models of instruction and be comfortable with technology and its use in the classroom setting. Candidates should hold an undergraduate degree in a Science related subject area. Master's degree preferred. Must be able to provide transcripts. Why Join DKJA?
