Job Description

## Job Summary Middle School/High School Science Teacher As a Middle School/High School Science Teacher, you will be responsible for educating students in the areas of Life Science, Earth Science, Physical Science, and other science-related disciplines through a Biblical worldview. You will play a vital role in helping students develop critical thinking skills, scientific understanding, and a deeper appreciation for God's creation while fostering their spiritual, academic, and personal growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging, hands-on science lessons that inspire curiosity and a love for learning. Teach scientific concepts while integrating Biblical principles and a Christ-centered perspective. Provide instruction, support, and guidance to help students achieve academic success and reach their God-given potential. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages discovery, inquiry, and respect for others. Collaborate with fellow faculty and staff to enhance the overall educational experience. Utilize educational resources effectively. Assess student progress through assignments, projects, tests, and classroom participation. Participate in educational administration tasks such as grading, parent-teacher conferences, student mentoring, and curriculum development. Serve as a Christian role model who actively disciples and encourages students in their walk with Christ. Qualifications A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
