We are looking for educators who are passionate about teaching middle and high school students while integrating biblical principles and Christian values into the classroom. Responsibilities Teach assigned secondary subject area using the BJU Press curriculum Create engaging, organized, and academically rigorous lessons Maintain a structured classroom environment using PBIS practices Integrate biblical worldview into instruction and student interactions Utilize technology effectively for instruction and communication Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff Monitor student progress and provide academic support as needed Participate in faculty meetings, school events, and professional development Qualifications Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in a classroom setting OR a Bachelor's degree Strong classroom management and communication skills Technology proficiency required to monitor student data Passion for working with middle and high school students Commitment to fostering a positive and godly learning environment Subject area expertise in Science, ELA, or Mathematics preferred Previous experience is preferred, but not required What We Offer Competitive salary based on education and experience 170 days with students Duty-free lunch, a 45-minute planning in school and one hour planning at home-daily Small class sizes Supportive faculty and administration Christ-centered school culture Opportunities for professional growth Complete curriculum with a biblical worldview provided
