Plan and deliver high-quality physics instruction aligned with the Massachusetts Curriculum FrameworksDevelop and implement engaging, standards-based lessons that promote critical thinking and problem-solvingUse a variety of instructional strategies and assessments to support diverse learnersFoster a positive classroom culture that emphasizes inquiry, collaboration, and scientific reasoningCollaborate with colleagues to support department and school-wide initiatives
