Responsibilities:

The licensed teacher is responsible for delivering and instructing students in instructional material; evaluating and assessing student progress against instructional outcomes and objectives; monitoring and evaluating student behavior; completing due process paperwork; participating in individual education plan meetings with colleagues and parents; participating and collaborating with other instructional professionals, administrators, parents, counselors, and other district personnel concerning student needs, issues and district learning initiatives, curriculum, and building issues.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will hold or be eligible to hold a 7-12 Physical, Life or Chemistry License, or any combination thereof, issued by the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board. Preference may be given to candidates who have multiple science related licenses.
